Don't waste your time!! Had an aweful experience! We went to a bridal world to look for bridesmaids dresses because according to their website, they have tons of dresses. When we arrived, what appeared to be the owner told us to look through two books and write down the style numbers of the ones we liked. Mixed Reviews Proved Me Wrong I was looking for a prom dress and there are many stores but they don't have the right prices. A difficult place to do business with First off, let me say that I have been to 6 different places to try on wedding gowns so this review is based on an experienced bride-to-be. My visit to A Bridal World was about a month ago, I didn't complain at the time because at that point, this was only my second place that I had tried on gowns at so I wan't sure if my my thoughts were justified. Great Place!!! This bridal world experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and professional. They treated my daughter like a bride but it was her Senior PROM! We had shopped around for prom dresses and found nothing! I went online looking for Bridal shops that sold prom dresses and found this place. Horrible I made an appointment over a week before my visit, but when I arrived I had to wait over 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Then they seemed surprised that I had an appointment and told me they were over booked. At first they didn't have a dressing room and the girl helping me was too busy to be any help at all. worst place and service ever this is the worst place ever, I ordered my bridesmaid dresses here, big mistake, after having the run around 3 times they will now be in hopefully 2 weeks before my wedding date now my girls have to rush for alterations. They also purposly sold me a dress that was way to large and unable to be altered, so I then had to purchase another. Great service This place has wonderful customer service. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices. I'm also impressed on well they take care of their dresses. The lady who helped me (Diana) stayed with me the whole entire time (unlike David's Bridal where the staff disappears for 15 minutes at a time!). She wasn't pushy or impatient, she was absolutely wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed that I could not take pictures, although I understand their agreement with the manufacturers.

Lots of selection! I was looking for a plus sized wedding gown and decided to check out Bridal World. They had a large selection of plus size dresses. The one lady was super helpful, but the older lady started yelling at me for "running around the store" in one of their wedding gowns. #1 - was not running. #2 - was not around the storebut right next to the dressing room looking at flower girl halos. #3 - was waiting for someone to come unzip me, since they don't let you unzip the dresses yourself.
