A Bridal Affair definitely deserves 5 stars. Holly and her team were great to work with as my husband and I planned our wedding. I tried on wedding dresses in their shop and ultimately ordered our tuxes and bridesmaid gowns from them. Holly graciously stayed after hours on more than one occasion to accommodate my schedule. I am very disappointed with how my son's tux turned out for prom a few weeks ago. The sleeves on the jacket were down to his finger tips. The shoulders on the jacket were at least 3 inches too big. His pants were at least a foot too long which they did alter however, that left the crotch area hanging down to his knees. We initially rented 2 tux's for this year, one for Mitchell's prom & one for Gering's prom. We bought my wedding dress and all of the groomsmen tuxs, my husband's and our father's here. AMAZING customer service. I needed a veil and when I grabbed one they told me some beading had fallen off and the price was reduced. I couldn't find where the beading was missing,so we decided to get the veil. In the last few months I have spent a lot of money here. 1st my best friends wedding and then my own. I had my dress on for less than 30 seconds and the beads on the zipper started breaking! There weren't even enough holes to button them all! The alterations that I paid for sucked! I had buckles at my hips that I had asked them to do something with and they didn't! As soon as the girls got my bustle done it broke! My day was beautiful and perfect aside from fighting with my dress!
