Doesn't do work that is paid for. a brick above should actually be called "a lousy job" or "i'll steal your money" because that is exactly what this contractor does. after showing us lots of pictures of beautiful masonry work, we had them install a new concrete pad and stone bricks, sounds simple enough, right?
