Grew up on Staten Island. I live on the West Coast now thanks to the Marine Corps. Amen. A family member had passed and I did not get the info for the funeral until the last moment. If i can give negative stars I would... I only needed bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding so this order was small and simple. Every time I reached out he was never available, and whenever I got a hold of him he seemed confused and ill prepared. I followed up the week of my wedding like we discussed to go over flowers and he wasn't even ready! The day of It all seemed thrown together and the flowers were a MESS. I ordered flowers and they were never delivered. Never received a call back from the Florist. When I called them they told me that the driver could not find the address and therefore didn't deliver them. These people did not even apologize for their mistake. Do not use this establishment in the future to save yourself embarrassment.
THIS PLACE SUCKS BECAUSE THE OWNERS SON IS A DOUCHEFAG BOSTON REDSOX FAN!!! BUY FROM FTD INSTEAD.
