It was my first time getting a haircut at this shop. A golden hair lady hairstylist cut my hair and I regretted it. She had no skills at all and she cut my hair on both sides quite unevenly. I believe she is not the owner because her attitude was very bad. In short, I was very disappointed. Also I should read the reviews first…. There’s so many one star reports this place 100% sure no more next time hmmm

I got a haircut from Don. While he did consult with me, he didn’t fully understand what I meant. At the time, the haircut seemed okay, but after I got home, I started noticing the flaws. It’s uneven and lacks proper finishing. I didn’t get the style I asked for, and the overall quality was disappointing. I expected better attention to detail.
