I went in to get my naval pierced by Sir James on Tuesday with two other friends and it was an amazing experience! He was very personable and explained the procedure thoroughly and made it a really comfortable experience. He was so quick, the piercing was literally painless! The woman working the front(I'm so sorry I don't remember your name!)was extremely helpful in explaining the aftercare and answering all of our questions.
