Used them several times, always great quality and fast service.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop. For my birthday my sister sent me flowers, a balloon, and chocolate. I received the flowers, they forgot the rest. I thought no big deal, they'll make it right. They sent a delivery man who upon calling him to let him know I was in the lobby of my building waiting, started screaming at me, and asking if "this" was some sort of joke, and went on about a 5 minute rant at me.
