***** STAY AWAY ****** Shipping was delayed 2 days. When it was finally delivered the arrangement was dropped off at 7:45pm without notice to the recipient, therefore it was left outside over night. The arrangement itself DID NOT look anything like the picture. I paid $75 and I got 4 roses, one lily and SOME greenery. They didn't even try to fill in the gaps. horrible. NEVER AGAIN.
Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Waiting days for the delivery. The special occasion was missed and customer service is horrible. They kept hanging up on me. The flowers still haven’t been delivered and we’ve waited for 3 days now. Terrible. This company is a bunch of scammers and customer service isn’t in the US. They job the flowers out to bad florists and can’t track the order. Never again
Worst service ever . Looked nothing like what was paid for red vase was substituted for a mason jar what a joke . Was completely embarrassed when this was delivered
My brother-in-law, who is undergoing chemo therapy in Arkansas wanted to surprise my wife, his sister, for her support all his life on her birthday. He contacted this florist and specified a bouquet and an upgraded vase, for which he paid extra. The bouquet arrived, a very poor arrangement and not as ordered. Each species of flowers were all bunched together nothing was Separated Or spread out... Some of the flowers look like the vase may have fallen over On the way to delivery
