Jae from A Blind is truly the best. He is a perfectionist, and will not stop until everything is installed absolutely perfect. He's detailed, caring, and very knowledgeable about the different types of Blinds, and what they are most suitable for. We are truly happy with all the window Blinds he provided and installed! He really takes care of his customers and followup to make sure you are completely satisfied! Also, he offered us the best price we could find in Honolulu!
The entire process of ordering blinds for the downstairs of our home was so easy and stress free. Jae was very helpful and knowledgeable and ensured that we were selecting the best blinds for our lifestyle and needs. The installation team of Daniel and Noah were also top notch. They were precise and skillful and worked for 4 hours without complaint! We will be contacting Jae again so that we can redo all of the blinds upstairs!
Awesome experience from start to finish!! Jae was extremely responsive to my initial call and talked to me on the phone in detail and answered all of my questions.
