They promise you bonuses and raises but you don't receive any. The regional district manager doesn't solve any problems and let the supervisor under him run all over him. He will tell you to go to the Supervisor who does nothing about your situation and lies every week about solving it. They will tell you they'll put you on transit but lie and leave you on yard dog only. They have no loyalty to their long term employees and the turn over rate shows it. I had high hope for this company and sought security, growth, and a company that I could grow with. Unfortunately this have not been my experience. This company does not value their employees and their dedication. Seniority should represent the dedication and hard work one has invested in a company but unfortunately this was not my experience.
