This is a review for the overall character of George. I’m a contractor who did a project for him on agreed-upon time and materials, and he refused to pay the full amount of my invoice based on an in-accurate guess I gave him for how long it would take. There was more involved than I knew before I left town for a week. I would watch out for this guy as he’s clearly out for himself.
