Avoid – Scam artists! Showed up the day of the move and asked for an additional $1000 for a mistake they made. Now they are trying to keep my deposit, because I didn't want to pay an additional $1000 to cover their incompetency. Unbelievable!

Delivered as promised – I recently used Big Boys to move me and they delivered as promised. Dominic and Anthony were on time, worked like dogs and got everything done within 5 hours, including a 45 minute drive to the new place. I was charged as outlined in their quote. Ward robes were provided and all big stuff was wrapped in plastic. I had absolutely no damages, either. I will use these guys if I ever move again. AND, I thought Pamela, who handled my quote, provided me the best customer service ever!

Voted "Best Movers" in Tampa Bay 2009, 2010 & 2011 – Big Boys is a reputable moving company that provides quality services to thousands of happy customers annually. Voted "BEST MOVERS" 2009, 2010 & 2011. The happy customer doesn't always take the time to post a review. The customer looking for discounts and refunds for maybe a company running a little late is the kind of person that does. Stay Away! – The contract is totally one-sided. Only benefits them. They never showed up during the time they said which was 2-4pm, never called, and when we called them they said they could do the move between 5-7pm [in the dark]. When we said this would not work as the apartment doesn't allow moves at that hour, they charged our credit card anyway. Do not use them. I guarantee the other reviews on here were posted by them.
