I’ve been a patient for a little over 7 months. When I originally did my consultation, I did not have insurance because of my new job. It was explained to me by Dr. C***** that my blood tests should be around $400 which I understood. I have been hit with a $2000 bill. I’ve called multiple times to get this corrected and the office has continued to give me the run around. This issue is still not resolved. I’ve stopped continuing my medications here because of this. Very frustrating!
As much as I’d like to leave a great review, I need to be honest about how I felt going here. I recently moved from FL to MD and have gained over 30 lbs. I bumped into a Groupon for 4 B12 shots and 4 Lipotropic shots with detailed body analysis and weekly weigh ins hoping it would help with my energy levels and open new opportunities to other products they offer for weight loss. Dr. Clarke and her clinic staff are nothing short of amazing! The front desk staff is prompt and courteous. Dr. Clarke is very knowledgeable and spends time listening to and addressing your concerns. The HCG weight loss program is the best I’ve ever tried! I did the program elsewhere before and I was so hungry the doctor gave me phentermine appetite suppressants! Horrible experience dealing with A better you. She is very dishonest and shady. I would not recommend to ANYONE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Dr. Clark is so unprofessional and lied about so many things. She is a true fraud. Karyn is the best! I consistently receive compliments on my skin after a microdermabrasion and masque treatment. She keeps me young and beautiful!
I stopped in just to get an estimate with what I knew I would have available. Dr Bennett and the staff were very attentive, I was seen right away, given an unbelievable price, plus unlike other places, Dr. Bennett was able to even do the procedure. I highly, highly, highly, recommend everyone and everything they do.
