If you as a person/couple/parent of a child who is in need of honest, caring, respectful counseling this is the place for you. I am that person who sees one of there amazing counselors. Also that parent that is having issues with my children who also sees a amazing counselor. I have also received couple's counseling from A Better Way. As a recovering addict A Better Way has taught me the tools that is needed to succeed and stay clean.
They have helped us understand our son better and how to help him. Rob has helped us be better parents and be better versions of ourselves, as we grow as a couple and as parents.
Don't even bother looking into them. They clearly don't understand how insurance works. They don't care to listen to their potential clients when they explain the process. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.
I don't know where we would be if it wasn't for the awesome help and guidance from Laurie. A better way therapy has been a solid rock for my kiddos and I. Truly thankful!
