Super unprofessionally and disorganized. Whoever you do your phone intake visit with does not communicate with the person in charge of creating your treatment plan. The first visit is supposed to be free, but they want to charge you afterwards. Even when I said I have already paid my balance, because they threatened to send it to collections (nevermind that it was supposed to be free) they still called and harassed me to collecting the $25 balance.
