Beware of hidden fees people. Had to cancel and am being charged anyway. Really helps when life sucks anyway. Was rushed through filling out paperwork to get video visit. Gave me 2 hours to fill it out online. No MD's are available. Only NP for medication management. I don't need medication. Need someone to talk with. Not a good place if you really need help. Look elsewhere. Good luck folks.
