Shannon is highly skilled and intuitive in the art of acupuncture. Shannon has used her acupuncture skills to get me through the rigors of four rounds of chemo for breast cancer. I was so worried about suffering with nausea and having acupuncture the day after chemo made it possible for me to go without any extra anti-nausea medication. I had never had Acupuncture before. I got hit in the head with a softball 2 years ago while running from 1st to 2nd base. I've been dealing with headaches since. I had 1 so bad, about a month. Shannon Freeman at A Better Way suggested I try it. I had 3 treatments, and she puts ear wigs in my ears to help. When I feel the headache, I push on the ear wigs and it really helps. I fell on my tailbone in the winter of 2014, and ever since I fell, every time through ovulation to my cycle which is two weeks I suffur dull tailbone pain, it affected work my everyday life. I got a deep tissue massage from Anna, and it was fantastic! I scheduled my next appointment with her before I left (I usually do it on line at a later date). She adjusted her schedule (staying late one evening) to fit me in due to my hectic work schedule. I'm so thankful for that and can't wait for my appointment! Thank you, Anna!
