If you want to be ignored, have your health information shared with other patients, and treated like you’re the problem, be sure to book with these providers! Dr. Anthony Redmond (head of ABTCC) is extremely unorganized, rude, and very slow to respond to patient requests. Dr. Smith (psychiatrist) is almost impossible to get in touch with. Everytime I leave I am more stressed than before. Not enough staff to meet patient needs. I’ve been a patient since 2022 and I have NEVER had a positive experience. Providers will forget about your appointments, and fail to get back to you about things like insurance coverage, medication refills, and rescheduling appointments. I wish there was an option for 0/5 stars!!!
