They did my first appointment with me, put me on new meds, and then NEVER called my prescriptions in. Every day for the last two weeks I’ve called them to see what was going on and nobody could help me. And not once did I ever speak to my actual doctor… super frustrating and I intend to file a complaint with the proper agencies. It is incredibly unethical to withhold a client from medication they’ve been prescribed for years without any explanation!!

terrible support no one answers the phones and when I have an appointment the doctor doesn’t show up and there is no way to contact them. service is ghetto
