We had a vehicle stored for quite some time and we're very at ease with the security there and the communication from all of you. We want to shout out to Laura, she was patient and professional and we truly appreciated her help when we closed our account. Kidnappers this place is! Was under a time crunch and wasn't able to get out of there until 12 mins past the 11p gate closing. Went to leave.. except I didn't get to because the gate wouldn't move. Called the "emergency after-hours phone number" but I would've had better luck sending Jiminey Cricket out to go get help, than I did calling this "emergency" line.
