As a resident at Kennedy Skilled Nursing Facility, I was introduced to Abdullah and Jeff, owners of A Better Solution by our social worker. They have streamlined my journey as I’ve been working to go home. They have provided me a wheelchair after the facility wheelchair vanished. They helped me to get my LTC insurance policy unlocked. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I have worked in the aging field, including in home care, for over 15 years and I have never dealt with an agency that was as bad as this. I am a Licensed Professional Fiduciary and and Power of Attorney for my client who is 80 years old. She was connected to this agency during a discharge from a SNF. She was overmedicated, confused and vulnerable. Once I found out they were involved in her care, I asked to see the care agreement and the invoices. They refused to acknowledge my authority as POA.
