When I had the opportunity to speak with Shawn and Christine regarding my grandmother’s care, they were very warm, kind, and helpful. My adoptive grandmother is Swedish American and has very particular needs, so I really appreciated the way they took the time to understand her situation and guide me toward the right type of care and support for her. They made the process feel clear, comfortable, and thoughtful.
Amazing folks, they communicate very good with respect, they are always looking out for you with more hours and they are very understanding too .
Jeni is a Great supervisor, she answers every question I've asked her. If I need assistance with anything Jeni is always willing help an or walk me through what I need. Jeni is the best supervisor I've had in a long time.
