I felt my quote was over charged. He showed up without making an appointment. He had his guy show up to my house without calling or confirming the job. After my husband felt it was to high for some plywood repair, William went down from 475.00 to 350.00. Once we agreed on the new price, William decided not to do the job. Poor customer service and price gauging after the April storm.
Had work done by previous roofer and they did a terrible job. A Better Roof came, fixed the issues and did other work at no charge at all. Fantastic customer service and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!
Great Job at a great price! I want to thank A Better Roof (ABR) and their roof repair technician Mr. Burchfield for a great job repairing my leaking valley. It seemed as though I might have had to live with this nightmare of a leak. 2 other roof companies and 1 handyman remodeling guy (that claimed to be a leak repair expert) could not repair this darn leak. I have tried getting my valley repaired previously by 2 roofers and one remodeling handyman that specialize in leak repair. Excellent Roof Repair – I contacted A Better Roof on Saturday morning just after the worst thunderstorm of the year and within an hour David, the owner responded with a call. He was extremely professional and attentive to my concerns. He put me in contact with Tony who scheduled a time for him and his crew to take a look at my roof. A Better Roof is High Tech! – A Better Roof did a great job doing my roof repair. I will say that because of rain we had off and on all week that A Better Roof had to cancel and reschedule my initial roof consultation. This was no falt of the roof company, but because I had an issue that needed to be resolved, it was frustrating to have to put pans in my attic to catch water from 3 separate roof leaks in the roof.
