I liked the unit I rented when I moved in but within a few months things began to change. I was asked to sign a new lease before the first one was up and told my rent was being increased. Then I began being charged for issues happening to the apartment. These issues I have never been charged for in all my years of renting. Things that I feel should have been paid for by the owner.
