Have had the same experience as Tim down ther horrible communication started this process aug of 2024 and im now in March of 2025...say that things will be done they are not but you can be sure when it is time to pick up a check some can be free to come get it....has been a horrible experience amd I would not recommend this company to anyone....
Joe Thuo a representative from “A better quality roofing” was extremely helpful in the process of getting us an appointment to have a roof inspection done for free. The representative Joe and other workers that were sent along were the most helpful and knowledgeable set of workers who have come by and given us an inspection. I appreciated how straight forward and up front they were with what repairs may need to be done and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
I signed a contract to have my roof replaced on July 3 2024. 14 weeks (3 plus months) later and my roof still is not done and what has been done is not done right. The shingles are on but a lot of them are not laying flat and almost every ridge is visibly crooked. I had to call several weeks after the shingles were installed just to have someone come out to inspect the job (no one reached out to me to ask how it went or what the result was).
