Modern day Slum Lords. If I could afford to go elsewhere I would. They want everything on email. Which I get to a certain extent BUT some situations merit a phone call. Oh & don't expect a signature on the emails either. They are deliberately NOT added. So they won't have to deal w the tenants. Then there wear tear method whenever a work order is requested. It's like pulling teeth!!!! They'll take their sweet time fixing ANYTHING. Multiple vendors are sent out. Whom will tell advise the same solution but what they're looking... read more

Pests and roaches are unbelievable. The stove was so infested with roaches there was a short that would trip the breaker. Fridge was also infested. The garages are also infested with rats. I continued to ask them to clean mine (I had an infant/toddler as a tenant) and they would just delete the requests or mark them as done. Eventually the rats/mice began to move into the apartments and they still wouldn't address it. Everything that is wrong they will harass tenants about it. This is a VERY unprofessional company. They don't take care of the property that they manage, I wonder if the true owners know what slum lords they are. They won't repair things like heaters that never worked and will not handle vermin issues in apartment complexes they expect the renter to do it which is NOT their responsibility. They don't respond to phone calls but send insulting and rude text message to renters from a number that's not even in California and will not identify themselves.
