The maintenence team is very responsive and prompt, responding to all my service requests. John always takes the time to make sure everything is properly taken care of. I really appreciate the maintenence's great service and reliability.
Johnny and Amanda were fantastic! They truly saved the day after shelving in my nearly 100-year-old building collapsed due to an improper installation that predated Better Property Management’s ownership. I submitted a maintenance request on a Sunday, and Johnny called me the very next day. He not only fixed the issue but took the time to explain why it happened and how he repaired it. Aaron stopped by today and, as always, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Never really had any complaints. They handled service requests fairly quickly, online portal was easy enough to use (although there is a fee to use it), and the move out process (getting deposit back, dropping off keys, etc.) was pretty fair and smooth.
