One thing I've always thought of when having to to work with people is whether or not they are good people. Someone can be a master chef and make the best damn steak you've ever had, but if they aren't a nice person, then it'll just be a bad experience overall. Great company. On time, friendly, skillful, and did their water leak detection in a very reasonable amount of time. Can't ask for a whole lot more, except maybe for the van to dispense cotton candy lol. All joking aside though, highly recommended.

I must've made a gypsy mad or something, because I just bought a house and not even 3 weeks into it, the water heater kicks the bucket. So, every time I started washing my hands lately, I would see some water on the floor a little bit later. I didn't think anything of it at the time because I figured I was just being reckless and splashing water, but even when I was careful, it was the same. I looked under the sink and saw that the pipe connected to the drain was cracked. These guys came out and took care of it for a reasonable price. It was one of those days. Bad day at work, wife was sick, and then the water heater was pouring all over the garage. I guess luck was on my side later on because when I called this company, apparently someone had just canceled so they had an appointment time free. They came out around 10:30 am (I work graveyard shift) and were able to get the old heater in and out in no time. I hate to admit it, but I'm not that handy of a guy, so when it comes down to plumbing problems, I'm usually the first one to freak out about it. So, my fiance and I did some digging around and we found this company. They were really kind on the phone and we were able to schedule the appointment for the following day. So, one of my drains had backed up and, while I'm a little handy, I couldn't figure out what had caused it. So I went ahead and called these guys after a neighbor had recommended them. They came out a few hours later and they found out what the problem easily (roommate threw handy wipes down the drain -.-). Anyway, they took care of the issue without much hassle and got my drains running again. Nothing to complain about on my end.

While vacations are supposed to be fun and a way to get a way from stress, sometimes things aren't quite that simple. I had gone on vacation for 2 weeks and when I came back, there was water pouring down the driveway. I ran inside, saw that my garage had been flooded because the water heater had started leaking. These guys are fantastic. They answered every question about my water heater that I had and explained it so I could understand it. They were respectful of both my home and myself. They found the problem with the water heater and didn't try to sell me a whole new heater since they were able to fix the problem. All in all, excellent company. Would use again:)
