Last week, I hired the "A-Better Plumbing Company" to repair the leak on the main water line between the house main valve located in the garage and the water meter located underneath the street sidewalk. The water leak was at the bottom of the pipe located between the garage wall. One thing I've always thought of when having to to work with people is whether or not they are good people. Someone can be a master chef and make the best damn steak you've ever had, but if they aren't a nice person, then it'll just be a bad experience overall. Great company. On time, friendly, skillful, and did their water leak detection in a very reasonable amount of time. Can't ask for a whole lot more, except maybe for the van to dispense cotton candy lol. All joking aside though, highly recommended.
I must've made a gypsy mad or something, because I just bought a house and not even 3 weeks into it, the water heater kicks the bucket. I just decided to bite the bullet and get it taken care of ASAP as I had no real choice in the matter. I called a few companies but thy were either busy, too expensive, or both. I didn't think anything of it at the time because I figured I was just being reckless and splashing water, but even when I was careful, it was the same. I looked under the sink and saw that the pipe connected to the drain was cracked. These guys came out and took care of it for a reasonable price. Thankfully, no harm came to my cabinets because of the water, but good thing I got it taken care of. I've got no complaints w... read more

It was one of those days. Bad day at work, wife was sick, and then the water heater was pouring all over the garage. I guess luck was on my side later on because when I called this company, apparently someone had just canceled so they had an appointment time free. They came out around 10:30 am (I work graveyard shift) and were able to get the old heater in and out in no time.
