I'm not sure if anyone actually watches what this company does. My water heater broke, and I asked them to replace it. They gave me an estimate of $6,500! The water heater itself costs only $1,400 — the same model we already had. So $5,100 just to replace it? I didn't know their plumbers graduated from Harvard or were trained by SpaceX. I ended up going to Lowe's and got the water heater replaced by their authorized plumber for half the price. The new one is even better quality than the one we had before. My sump pump stopped working Friday after I had left for work. We called Rich at his office after we found out what had happened. He returned our call promptly and came over to replace the sump pump right away. Rich is a great plumber! He is very knowledgeable, prompt, and returns calls. I highly recommend!
