My husband drove all the way out there for his appointment only to see they went out of business and couldn’t even bother to let him know. Horrible business ethics! Hopefully there doctors aren’t in business anywhere else!!!
I had and appointment in January at the Cortez office of A Better Hearing Center and I had the same experience as Joan Kellog: the office was locked and no one explained why and no one returned my several phone calls. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with United Health which had been sending customers to the Center.
The Durango office is shuttered with a sign that says temporally closed. The phone number is no longer in service and the website doesn't open. This leaves people high and dry with out any warning let alone the absence of warranty service or ability to buy supplies. Some folks even put a great deal of money down on hearing aids and haven't received them. This certainly is not how you deal with customers who rely on the use of hearing aids. I only gave a one star review because you can't post a zero star review.
I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Beau explained the testing and results well. Absolutely no undue pressure to make any purchases. Very pleased and I will continue to see him for my hearing care! Recommend.
