We used A Better Handyman, LLC for the first time recently as we needed some replacement of rotted wood on a porch facia. They were prompt and professional when arriving to do the estimate. The work crew was on time and had needed materials to start the job when they arrived. They were able to begin and complete the job on schedule and the workmanship is very good. A Better Handyman LLC has been out to my house in the Northend two times in the last two months to repair different issues with my roof. Both times they responded the same or next day (most importantly before the next storm) and did an excellent job in a very professional manner. Rodney and Mat came out the first time and Mat the second. I like developing a trusting relationship with the professionals helping me to take care of my house. I will keep calling A Better Handyman. Joe and his crew does excellent top notch work. Been dealing with them for a couple of years now. They have fixed my roof, painted my entire inside of my house, and they've redone my bathrooms and floors. My house looks brandnew! I always call Joe and his company and always will!

Joe and his team came out to install a window A/C unit for me on a very hot day after my old unit had stopped working. They provided EXCELLENT service and were very professional. They arrived at my home within an hour of my phone call. I highly recomment them.

Was very tempted to sabotage his online ratings...just so that I could keep Joe and his team to myself. But that'd be wrong and someone wouldn't get the great service that they provide. While I hear Michael's experience below, I have to say that the team is incredibly busy and was the ONLY one of 3-4 contractors that I called that actually followed up via phone and email.
