This company came over unannounced everytime and did not show any consideration for tenants living in the home. I personally ask them to call or text at least 1 hour before showing up and they neglected to do this, and they showed up at 730 am with no notice. They left nails and debris for days and small peices of insulation on the floor. One of my cat put the insulation in his mouth. Had top installers from all the shingle manufacturers quote our 22 year old roof replacement. Most of the reps were quality but wanted to share why we picked A-Better Exterior. Daniel came out and explained what we had currently, talked about concerns and exactly his suggestions for those issues. Very professional job. They ended up having to completely replace all the plywood due to the original roof not being properly ventilated. Site was cleaned up well and roof looks great!
