Don't give up on your computer. A Better Computer will do everything to fix your problem. Very thorough and honest. Long time customers and we are very happy with their work.
A Trash Computer Service. Held my PC for a week and only called me once to tell me it was ready for pickup. His “diagnosis” was that my CPU was overheating and he couldn’t do anything about it, which is what I told him the problem was in the first place! After still being charged $50, I took it to another repair shop, and within hours I was told my motherboard was bad and needed to be replaced. So not only was his diagnosis wrong, he wasted a week of my time and $50. Don’t waste your time like I did!
Brought my son's laptop to Mike for a hard drive issue. It was in and out of his shop 2 times for the same issue. The problem eventually got fixed after 2 months of back and forth. Mike was not professional and often rude in his responses. Now the palm cover needs to be replaced after there was a hairline crack from his repairs. This will cost us $160 to repair. I would NOT recommend using him for any computer repairs needs.
