My computer crashed on May 1st, 2009. I was panicked mostly because I did not have an adequate backup system and I hadnt backed up my data in about 25 days. I called A Better Computer Networks and Harvey was the nicest, most down to earth IT guy I have talked to in a long time. He not only fixed my computer, he dealt with my anxiety and worry about my data like a champ. I would recommend him to anyone who needed work on their computer.
