Excellent experience all around. James was very communicative during the entire process. They did perfect work and it was a very quick turnaround. I had scheduled several quotes to repair siding damage from my dog and rotting planks on the back side of my home especially the trim around the windows. All the other siding companies quoted me around 13k to redo the entire backside and they took about 5 minutes of looking at my home to come up with that number. I had an absolutely amazing experience with A Better Choice. I searched for months for a siding repair company that would be reliable and responsive and James was exactly that. Professional, communicative, and the work completed is night and day. I’m so thankful James made this experience so painless after having contacted so many other contractors for the work and not getting anywhere. I love my new siding and would absolutely work with A Better Choice again for future needs on my home.

James is a gem of a person, a genuinely nice guy. On top of that, he’s honest, hardworking, and straightforward, all qualities I greatly value in a contractor. I had 3 folks come give me estimates for a siding repair project and his plan not only made the most sense, but the price was also the best. When it came time to execute, he offered multiple days to best fit my schedule and now that it’s done, he clearly takes pride in the work he does and does not cut corners.
