Hired Marshall to install our woodstove and pipe, then ended up hiring him to put up our wood ceiling and doors and also install our kitchen cabinets. It started out great, finished our ceiling install and started the cabinet install then Marshall started to not show up, wouldn’t return calls or would promise to come on scheduled dates then wouldn’t show up. He asked for final payments then never finished the jobs. We had to hire another contractor to install the woodstove and piping, install doors and finish cabinets.
Marshall picked up and installed our pellet stove in a timely and professional manner. His expertise was much appreciated.
Marshall and his crew did a very professional job installing my wood stove. He pointed out rust on my new stove from Coastal and several bent pipes they sent. They also found several parts missing. Marshall resolved the problem in a timely manner and finished the installation. His prices are reasonable and he left my place neat and clean. He also took the time to show me how to start a fire and to use my new stove. Also gave me the information to get a permit and inspection.
Chimney cleaning job was cancelled due to failure to show up at the agreed upon times, twice. First it was 2:30, got a message at 3 saying he needed to reschedule. We agreed on 9am the next morning. No show again. Don't waste your time like I have, use another service. 👎👎
Installed a woodstove for Dad whos in his 80s. Exceptional work and did a great job! Absolutely wonderful local business, will definitely be using this business in the future.
