A better blind co. was supposed to refund me $245 but said with shipping and a restocking fee they’d only give me $150. Whatever. Turns out they only refunded me $75. Ashley@abetterblind read my Google review and asked for my info so she can issue the correct refund. That was 2 months ago and now I can’t get ahold of her. LIARS AND THIEFS

Have a product that would work for more than 3 weeks. My blinds need another gear in order to open and close properly. Half of the blinds in my house don't work and they are less than three years old. Complete garbage. Spend your money elsewhere.
I just received my blinds and I could not be happier. Not only were the blinds great quality and looked beautiful, but their customer service staff is excellent.
