I called this morning and made an appointment and they said they would be by today. It's now after 6pm and I call and he asked if I would be home tomorrow at 2pm. I waited all day so I told him as a courtesy I was cancelling the appointment request. He hung up on me. Nice guy!
During the initial diagnosis of my tree, Todd took several phone calls which were interrupting my time (and money) in having this gentleman over to diagnosis my tree issues. I went ahead and scheduled the service (as I just paid $250 for a quick diagnosis and 30 minutes of him being on the phone). The day his service was to be at my home they never showed, nor did they call to let me know they were not coming.
