Tom was on time, every time he said he was coming over. He let us know at the very beginning that it could take about three different stages to get our radon under the 4.0 max. as we have a 160 year old house with crawlspaces. He described what he was doing in detail. After the first stage, Tom tested the house with his radon monitor. It was lowered, but not by much. So, as he had told us, he began the second stage.
