I called ABell for termite services and had a frustrating experience. It took four phone calls just to get the technician (whose name starts with “A”) to schedule a visit. The phone would continuously go to voice mail, and despite leaving a message each time, he never called back. I finally managed to call him at the right time to get him on the phone and schedule an appointment for that week. I thought we were in the clear. Since the change in ownership, my experience has been very disappointing. Angelo (new owner) was unprofessional and disrespectful in our interaction something I never encountered with the previous management. As a loyal customer who has maintained multiple accounts and consistently paid with no issues. I’ve given several opportunities for improvement, but nothing has changed. Reneged on e-signed price quote and contract for termite treatment. Day before service date wanted $200 more dollars than quoted to come out.
