Very experienced and amazing customer service. Mr. Yasir is very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my fridge issue within 5 minutes, ordered the parts and he was able to repair the next day. Highly recommended!!!

Didn't show up when promised. Called and he was held up at another appointment. When he finally was in route, he called because he was having trouble finding the house and then hung up on us when we tried to help him find it! Very unprofessional... Find another company.

The owner, Yasier, repaired my Samsung refrigerator. Firstly, his wife answered the phone and promptly scheduled an appointment for me. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Yasier then explained in great detail the necessary repairs needed to get the refrigerator working again. Despite my busy work schedule during the week, Yasier graciously accommodated my needs and arranged to come out on the weekend for the repair. Yasir was very professional and friendly! He was very honest, did everything he could to help us with our washer. His secretary who answers the phone is also friendly and helpful. Yasir was able to get to my place the very next day. He was recommended to us and we will recommend him to others!

I have problem with my refrigerator it frees stuff in fresh food section i call A Behrens appliance yasir show up in time he figure out that the damper door is not working he has the part and fix my refrigerator right away in very descent price as compare to other appliance repair companies very happy with his service i highly recommend this guy
