Grooming My dog's first grooming was perfect. I wish I could get the same service again. Every time we return we are asked if we want the same cut, however my dog never has been cut the same way again. She has never received the same cut any time she returned even when we explain what we want.

Keep your money and Keep Looking I went to their shop a couple of time to have my maltese trimmed and groomed. I was satisified with the first grooming, but the second was horrible. My poor baby had brush burn and cuts all over his tummy and genitals. When I got in the car to go home I noticed the same black substance on his ears, that I took him in for in the first place. I immediately went back into the shop and they gave me an additude about cleaning it.. All she did was take a comb and rip his hair out. He smelt like the... read more

CAT GROOMING My daughter took Misty and Avalon in to get shaved. I have been tired of all the hair so I asked my vet what I can do. I have been so happy with our cats for the last two weeks. I have shared my pictures with friend that have cats. You allowed us to drop the cats off early on the way to work and called when they were done. Thank you again.

Could have done a better job myself! I took my St. Bernard there for a standard wash, shave and general clean up when my normal shop was closed for a week. The service took longer than promised, and when I inspected my dog I found numerous cuts on her skin from their clippers and they had failed to clean her flews (the skin around her muzzle), or trim her excess hair from her feet. good service I've always had very good service from the shop. My dog always looks great when there done, and it only takes about an hour and he is back home.

try somewhere else. they really weren't that friendly when i got there. my dog didnt like them much, & they had to put a nozzle on him. they got done in good time, but he was poorly cleaned. he still smelled horribly like dog. my girlfriend & i had given him two baths prior to taking him & i think we did a better job than this place. i would really recommend keeping your $25 & either doing it yourself, or going somewhere else.

Don't GO Here! The first groom was good the second time he didn't even look washed. They sprayed him and he shed white powder for days. They forgot to clean his ears and gave me an attitude. Horrible!
