Haircut and blow dry were done well upon my initial visit. That is the reason I returned. However, since the communication is on the poor side, for example, prior to getting there I tried calling the salon multiple times and no one picked up. I was going to cancel online but since my initial appointment went well I kept it. Ana has always taken great care of my hair for as long as I can have been coming here! She is kind and considerate, professional and knowledgeable. Her warm style allows you to ask questions about what you want to do and guides you to what is realistically obtainable for both your hair's health and best look. I would trust my hair to no one else b/c of her integrity.
