Kind staff here. I recommend the services here to others.
Disgusted by how they treat patients. It was so easy to become a new client but they completely ignore you once you become established. No phone calls answered, even if you run out of your medication. I called several times over several weeks and have given up. This is literally the worst mental health facility I’ve ever worked with. Steer clear unless your mental health is your absolute last priority, because it is for them.
I called ahead specifically for adult autism testing and diagnosis and was told this is a service they provide. Based on that, I scheduled and spent about $100 on Lyft rides to get there. I was there for nearly four hours, and it became clear no one understood I was there for a diagnostic evaluation. The assessment felt extremely generic and surface-level, with no explanation of what was being done or why.
