The owner, David Davis, is outright rude and abusive. He was abusive because his guy broke a main pipe while working on another issue and we had called to ask him what are the next steps. He said "I will give you one minute and one question to ask. There is nothing that can be done as this is all part of the risks [that they had never mentioned earlier]" He put the phone down on me three times and then sent me a bill for the time the guy was breaking and trying to fix the thing he broke. If you are thinking about new or repairing irragiation don't call this company they have some incompatent people, worst experience ever.
