I cannot recommend this company enough! After another company canceled my order at the last minute, Charlie, Kristin, and Anne truly saved the day. I contacted them after 4 p.m., and they were able to create and deliver a beautiful gift basket by early afternoon the very next day. It says onsite services but there is no one in the building and the door is closed. I called twice and I got no answer. Remove the onsite services if you are not onsite or open to public.
We ordered a birthday cake for my son's 6th birthday and had it delivered to a local hotel. The cake and service greatly exceeded our expectations!
My girlfriend was staying at a nearby hotel with friends for a conference. The staff went over the top to turn make what I wanted happen. Even working with the hotel concierge to have wine glasses put into to room. All were very impressed with the floral arrangements I had included. I highly recommend them for their full line of flowers and gifts as well as their attention to detail. Also note this was all accomplished via text while they were off site for the day.
I have used gift baskets and floral several times when I come to visit the parks in Orlando. They’ve always created not only a great flower arrangement but other gifts as well. I have never been disappointed with their arrangements and quality of work. Not only do they show the highest quality in their design, but the flowers and gifts have been promptly delivered to my destination, destination, hotel with absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend them for any special occasion or that special person. G
