Realized that my washer was not working after I loaded a bunch of dirty clothes inside and pressed the start button. I searched the internet and found their number and gave them a call. Their friendly operator said that their technician will arrive after two hours. The repair guy came an hour and a half after I called and I was totally impressed on how punctual he was. They came the day after to fix my washing machine and they got to our home early. I like how their technicians worked with my unit. They were very professional and experienced technicians which immediately identified the problem with my washing machine. They recommended a part to be replaced and got a fair deal with the price for the replacement part. They installed it right away and got everything fixed in just a few minutes.
