Just what I've been searching for! If you are a local baker this is the spot, they have everything you have been looking for but had to end up going online to purchase because it didn't exist in Jacksonville! And if by chance they don't have it the owner is so gracious that she will attempt to find it and get it for you! This is definitely my go to spot!
Not only is this a great shop for all your baking needs, but the owner is super sweet! I just attended a class there and it was GREAT! I am already planning my next visit! Thank you for everything Yvonne! See you again soon!

Visited the shop today with my mom and two little girls. We are very impressed with the selection of items. And so happy to have a local shop that sells CK chocolate!

I went into A BAKER'S PARADISE , after stumbling upon this amazing store, and was greeted by, Yvonne Johnson! She was a delight, and her product and quality was phenomenal. I am so excited to find a store in town, that has tool's for baking right there, when we often search everywhere, and can't find!
