A Bailey plumbing was assigned to me to fix a leak by my plumbing plan with American Water Resources. Appointment communication was good and two men showed up on time. They misdiagnosed the problem and said that my water main was leaking and that they would have to chop out a hole in my foundation in order to repair the leak. They said they also might have to dig up my front garden 6 feet down to access the water line from outside. New appointment was made to perform the work. Very polite and professional.
They were fast but wildly over priced. Gouged my mother in law while we were in the hospital.
I needed a furnace inspection to close my house. The company was extremely professional on the phone and in person (technician Jorge) and fixed my issues the same day for the lowest cost estimate. I would most definitely recommend for the future.
It was a contracted job by my water company. They were nice on phone. The plumber knew what he was doing but not friendly, push for upsell and talked unprofessionally. I would not recommend them for services.
