Great Company. Excellent help. Line Techs- Timothy B and Jordan R. were very professional and great help! Appreciate their help fixing our septic tank!
I recently had my septic tank plug up and overflow. Not a great experience. I called AB Septic and Timothy showed up and figured out the problem. Unfortunately the tool he needed was recently broken and in the shop being repaired. He called his workmate Jose who arrived with his tool and the problem was rectified pretty quickly. Both Timothy and Jose were great workers and showed great respect for my property during the process. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Highly recommend AB Septic. Great Job. Great service.
Really good company to work with, very responsive and kept me informed. The line tech, Timothy B. called in advance, arrived nice and early the day of work, confirmed exactly the work to be done, described the results when finished and tidied up after. We've used A&B Septic before and know we can count on them. And on top of that, everyone is so friendly.
We have an Orenco AdvanTex system that is fairly complex with a remote pump sequencing box. We have had outstanding service from A&B, in particular with their tech, Levi, who specializes in ATT systems. Jan 2026 Update: we recently had a broken pipe in the pod fixed efficiently by Timothy B. This company continues to provide outstanding support.
