Septic office was very helpful and informative. When the driver/septic pumper guy showed up at our place, he first gave us a 20 minute heads up on his arrival time, and was very friendly, competent, and thorough. He went the extra mile to clean ALL our filters and to make sure the tank was completely cleaned out. We used their service 11 years ago, in 2025, and will use them again in the future for pumping needs as well as other septic needs. Rob and Debbie

Timothy B and Jordan R came out the same day as contacted to check and clean our drain field. They were very courteous and helpful with their knowledge and recommendation. Affordable.
Called with a Sump Pump problem in morning with a Service tech arriving that afternoon. Timothy B diagnosed problem promptly and was able to have our service back up very quickly. Highly recommend A&B Septic.
