Poor customer service and a frustrating experience. The oil change took too long, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the overall service
Just got the oil change here. It is being advertised that full synthetic oil change is $79.99. This is my third time to get the oil change here within 1 year and the price is different each time. The receipt doesn't even say what was done. The work is being done properly, but the pricing practices are very shady.
Had a great experience at A&B Lubricant Shop in Fremont! I recently got my tires changed there and was really impressed with both the pricing and the service. They offered a great deal along with a lifetime puncture warranty, which gives real peace of mind. The staff were super friendly, honest, and easy to work with no pressure, just solid service. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but these guys definitely delivered. Highly recommend checking them out if you need tire work or general auto service.
Took my car for an oil change 2 weeks ago. I started to notice that there were oil marks on my parking spot afterwards. Yesterday my Car asked for an oil change. When I took it to a different place I was told that the torque wasn’t properly adjusted and the car was leaking oil. I was charged $90 for a bad job
