So my experience with A&B pest is a clear cut rip off. Bert the owner quoted my $1,000 dollars to insulate my attic. We also spoke about foam spraying my basement crawlspace. That price quote was $3,000. So we agreed to have the attic done and would circle back to the basement when the weather warmed up. The attic was done and the bill was paid. Deal done. This company should be ashamed of themselves with the lack of quality spray foam they do it’s ridiculous. The house I’m working on has holes everywhere in the roof from where it looks like they decided to spray it with an extension tip from the ground instead of getting on scaffolding and actually spraying it correctly they also just left foam where it is pulling away from the studs cause apparently it’s too hard to actually spray the sides of the cavity first before the rest of it.
